I'm 25 years old and i was diagnosed to have labile hypertension.
i'm taking amlodipine 5mg everyday because my bp is always higher anytime in the afternoon and that happens everyday. i'm just taking amlodipine as needed everytime my head aches a lot. my veins are so tight that i can feel t stretched. im feeling and dizzy and i'm always tired.. so so tired. my first doctor told me that i don't have hypertension because all of my lab results are good and doesn't have any bad remarks on it.. the doctor just refer me to a specialist of gastro because this might be a liver problem.. there's a fatty infiltration in my liver and my second doctor told me(the one who diagnose me to have brittle hypertension) that's ok just eat fish and vegetable for two weeks.. and do 30 minute exercise a day.i'm following what he said and i even bought a bike and a running shoes to improve my cardio.but worst thing is..once afternoon came by.. im dead.. totally dead.. i can't do anything my body is so tired. my head is dizzy and the only thing that can comfort me is by lying down with two pillows on my bed. i can'y do this anymore.. i can't go to work i can't do anything in the afternoon.and in this country where i'm at.. no part time jobs are available in the morning.. i already have a wife to support. and a younger brother to help as well as my mom.. i'm the bread winner of the family but i can't do anything right now.. i'm lost.. im so tired.. my body is tired not me.. i'm a happy guy,, with lots of friends.. very friendly to my neighbors.. but why me? why me.. i'm 25.. i haven't enjoyed life yet.. why me..

No medical profession regularly responds in this forum. And I am not a medical professional.

From seeing commends from others in this forum from people that have had sudden changes in BP they where often caused by adrenal gland problems or blocked kidney artery.

You might want to look for hypertension specialist.

If you can find one in your area contact a local teaching hospital or medical school.

Remember that you are your own best doctor. Do things like keeping a diary of when you have symptoms and what you where doing and what you had eaten.

Also you need to ask questions of your doctor. What is this test for? And if he says that the results are "normal" ask exactly what that means. What it rules out and what other tests are needed.
