I don't know of any special diet.

You did not indicate how low your blood pressure is. Nor age, nor another conditions that you might have.

In general, without other complications, low BP is not a problem if you don't symptoms such as weakness or lightheadness.

And if you have other complications then those might affect the suggested diet.

And you did not indicate if you have had blood work and if it shows any electrolyte imbalances.

In general I would recommend a "good" diet with lots of fruits and vegetables.and healthy fats.

And eat extra salt.

IIRC a new medicine was just approved for hypotension. If needed have you doctor check on this.
