what is the correct way to take bp at the doctors office?? today they did it with me sitting on table, back,legs arms unsupported.is this correct??help

The correct way is seated with back support and you feet supported on the floor or foot rest.

And the arm that they are taking it in held at heart level.

This is one of the best articles I've found on how to do BPs. It is a Doctor's site and I have no knowledge of this doctor personally - it is obvious his website sells stuff, but just don't pay attention to that part.
