BP Problem

Starts off like this I have a BP Checking Obsession...not sure why it has come to a point where I have high readings and phobia overit I take it at stores..I hate that when you have people star in at you and I have my own BP machine sometimes I take it just to feel the tightness of the cuff...im not sure what to do or say to anyone thank you for anyones time to answer my post...

I do the same thing. I have a blood pressure cuff and will take it a minimum it 4 times a day. It typically goes up in the evening (because I anticipate this and get anxiety). It's a vicious cycle that makes me crazed. If I stay preoccupied then I'm not symptomatic so it's a crazy but predictable cycle for me. My problem isn't necessarily the need to use the machine but mire the obsession with having a heart attack d he to blood pressure issues.

Relax
I find sitting down with a magazine or the newspaper for 15 minutes calms me and lowers my blood pressure. More
