My aunty suffers high blood pressure and her count was 240 and suffers vertigo as a side affect, under prescibed medication it has dropped a little but not enough.
In research i was told that "Cinnamon" is supposed to be very good to reduce high blood pressure, i told my aunty and has just started taking "Cinnamon tablets a few days ago, obviously it will not work over night but i a few weeks i hope to see some progress.

How is your aunt doing today? Have you also looked into implementing the DASH Diet? This slideshow outlines the foods that you should eat to lower blood pressure and those that you should avoid, as well as offers some tips on getting started. Please let us know how she is doing!

Best wishes,

Spoke with hern yesterday and her blood pressure is down from 240 to 147.
This i believe is her prescribed medication as it has not given time for the Cinnamon to work yet, so hopefully if the cinnamon works it will get it down a little more in the normal range of 120.
