My blood pressure runs 20 pts higher in my left arm than my right. Should I be worried. Left BP 145/70 Right 126/65

Yes, that indcates that you have a blockage in the artery that feeds one of the arms. It can either be plaque or a restriction where it passes around some of the muscles and/or bones.

It is something that needs to be checked out by a doctor.
