    The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

    High Blood Pressure/Weight Loss

    Lossing a significant amount of weight will help your blood pressure go down and possibly get you off of your medication. I know people who have done it. I am setting that as one of my goals.

    Also try eating more blueberries...surprising they have a great deal of vitamins and they are also an antioxidant (weight loss!)

    Hi Slimkat,

    I think this is an excellent idea. Have you spoken to your doctor about this? I am sure he'll think it's a good idea as well. But remember with any medical condition it's always smart to talk to your doctor before starting an exercise program.
