When I wake up in the morning my BP is high 158/100 with pulse rate 75.
In 30 minutes or so it reduces to 138/ 82 with pulse rate of 68. For rest of the day it remains around 135/80.
I take Mircardis 80 daily?
Need I take in addition Natrilix SR or something else?

I am 60 years, having salt free diet + exercise, no alcohol, no smoking, vegetarian
Height 5'-4'', weight 75 kg

No medical professional responds in this forum. And even if they did they could not suggest medicine changes without an exam.

You need to see your doctor. And ask about getting an ambulatory BP test. That will monitor your BP even 15 minutes or so for 24 hours.

Also ask him about when to take your med(s). In general best results have been from taking at least one of the BP meds at bedtime.

But you don';t want to a diuretic (Natgrilix) at night.
