IBS suffer for many years. New symptom

49 year old male.
I have been living with IBS for many years and chronic inflamation all over my body. Which is probably Fibromyalgia. Past year have been bothered with Bursitis in both hips.
Try to avoid the foods that trigger and religiously take Metamucil 1-2 xs daily.
Past 18 months have experienced tenderness in lower abdomen specifically at belt buckle site. There is always a certain level of soreness when pressing on the site. But the most extreme pain is early am. Must get up to urninate not because of full bladder but pain. Can IBS inflamation also effect the bladder since in close proximity?
I have went to Urologist more than once complaining of bladder soreness. Prostate checks out normal. And Dr replies, 'some men experience urinary tract tenderness for no apparent reason."
