Tired of being in pain...

For the past week I have been having severe lower left quadrant abdominal pain. I have had my Gall bladder and appendix both removed and have had a complete Hystrectomy. I have IBS and have been on medicine that has been controlling it (Cymbalta). I lost my job last week and now have been hurting since. Even the Bentyl that has worked in the past is not working. I don't have insurance, and can't afford to have a colonoscopy. Any advice would be welcomed on what I need to do.
