Egg, Gluten and Dairy Intolerant...

I have been egg intolerant for about 3 years not and in the past month I have become Gluten and Dairy intolerant at the same time. I am unsure why this is happening and I was wondering if anyone has any words of advice or is suffering from the same problem. Im worried this is going to keep progressing across more and more foods and I am unsure of what to do, my doctor thinks I am stressed and over reacting to a stomachache but it is so much worse than that and I am not really sure what to do anymore.

Anyone that could help and shed some light on whatever is happening it would be greatly appreciated!!!
