My girlfriend has been suffering from a digestive disorder for about 7 years. She develops back and stomach pains, vomitting and diarrhea, as well as fever and chills. Doctors feel it could be IBS but can not give her any straight answers. Does anyone have any ideas of something that we could try to help her or have an idea of what this sounds like????

What tests has she had done? Where is the back pain located? Does she have any GI issues that run in her family? With the symptoms you've listed, it's a bit too general to even begin to guess.
