IBS Abroad - Japan

I'm a college student studying abroad in Japan until May, and my IBS has gone crazy over here. Stomach problems at least four days a week. In a country that drinks green tea instead of water, how should I deal with this? Even eating breakfast (Toast, yogurt and coffee) makes my stomach sick in the mornings. Getting close to just not eating anything. Some help please? Thank you
