    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

I am a 31 year old woman, who has had "episodes" since my teens. Every month or so, I will get cramping, an urgent need to go the bathroom, excessive diarrhea, burning pain in my stomach, sweating, shallow breathing and I look very pale. After about 10 minutes, when I am through going...I feel better.
About 2 years ago, I had an episode that contained blood. I went to the hospital. Subsequently had a colonoscopy and was told I had a bout of ischemic colitis. Since then, I have had about 10 episodes without blood and I just would like to know what it is.
I have done research and have been tested without an answer. If this sounds familiar to anyone, please let me know what you have found out. Thanks
