Hello All,

I was diagnosed with IBS 2 yrs ago and basically thought it was the end of my world. I found myself shut up in the house unless I was going to yet another DR appt where they really were not helping me. My specialist ended up prescribing me a Anti Depression med to help and to a certain extent it did a little but it also made me gain weight. While trying to get the extra weight off I really got into the Dr Oz show and started trying some of the supplements he spoke of. The first one I tried was the Raspberry Keytone and when I tell you that helped me a lot I mean my stomach problems changed within like 2 weeks. Now with this new found relief I started trying other things as well and the coconut oil tabs really worked for me as well. Where i use to have problems after I ate or just attacks out of the blue I don't anymore. So far a lot of the weight has come off and I have not been afraid to venture outside the house anymore. I just wanted to share this info with you all to let you know to keep the faith there is help and out there.

I am going to go to the Pharmacy and check on that stuff. I don't know what else to do. They gave me papers on a new diet to try. Foods to eat and not to eat. I wold really like your input on this when you can. Kind of feel all frazelled out!!!

I'm interested in the "Rapberry Keytone" that you mention: is it a tea, or a supplement/tablet? I've not heard of it; did you find it at a health food store or through the internet... I'm a yoga teacher and despite all that I know holistically I have been really suffering with IBS now for the past six months following a very bad virus. The medical folks have done a battery of tests and procedures to check everything out but all have come back negative. I've had bouts in the past but this has been the worst and the most intense. So, I'm seeking some balance and relief: I don't drink coffee, and I take pro-biotics regularly. thank you.
