Does anyone else get headaches, sometimes migraines, accompanying or leading up to IBS specific symptoms? Nothing mentions them. Any tips on stomach-safe OTC pain relievers?

Cdavidso12, it's possible the headaches may be associated with IBS, however also consider the possibility you may have problems with food intolerances/allergies. Migraines are very often associated with problems such as gluten (wheat, rye, barley) intolerance.
