IBS; Pancreatitus

I, like most people in this community have had stomach issues since I was a young child. Last year, I woke up with the most severe stomach pain I have felt yet. I couldn't even breathe without the pain getting worse. I went to a Dr. and for the first time I found someone that actually listened to me. After some tests they found that my lipase levels were very high and my pancreas was inflamed. He was just a primary physician so he then sent me to what turned out to be a jerk GI specialist who immediately dismissed my issues and gave me Nexium from his "drug closet." When I hesitantly went to my follow up with the specialist, he said it was constipation. I go practically every day with no trouble or changes. I told my primary and he disagreed with the specialist and was disappointed about how he treated me. My symptoms usually include abdominal pain (sometimes severe and contraction like), generally more painful in the upper part, severe bloating, fatigue, some gas but no relief of the bloating even after I make a bowel movement. These symptoms can last for days and I sometimes can't even stand up straight. Most of the posts I see people have either constipation or diarrhea but I don't really experience either. Does anyone else have IBS without the diarrhea or constipation or ever experienced pancreatitus?
