My doctor said there isn't a "cure" for ibs just allot of "hand holding support" at least he said the truth to that. What I find helpful is to stay away from salads because they cause more problem than not and I use an anti depression to calm the nerves which causes more problem with ibs. Also I use colstid to break down the food better for digestion. And allot of prayer.
