    Aloe Vera Caps

I've been suferring with IBS for the last 3 years. It's been horrible! I'm 41, single and have no social life because of this condition. But I just wanted to advise the use of Aloe Vera Cap once a day. I could really say that my simptoms have calmed down and have much less episodes than before. For my bloating and gas I'm taking Fennel tea once or twice a day and also peppermint tea, it calms the bloating. After each meal I take a softgel of Phazyme and believe me I feel much better..Hope this helps someone out there that suffers this horrible condition!! God Bless..
