    Does anyone know if a pelvic exam can damage the repairs made by having the TVT surgery?

    I don't think so. I can't find any warnings against it and since you can have intercourse after the healing period and they use pelvic exams to check the results--it seems like it would be ok. Have you asked your urologist?
