    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

What is urinary incontinence in men? While you may see ads on TV for products to deal with urinary incontinence in women, the problems men face may not be so out in the open. The Men's Guide says, "Urinary incontinence is the accidental release of urine. It's not a disease. It's a symptom of a problem with a man's urinary tract."

Learn the types of incontinence, causes of incontinence, and some of the treatments for male incontinence that may be available.

Do you have an incontinence issue? How are you dealing with it?

I am Incontinent i have multiple issues causing it,the best solution for dealing with it for me is 1. I do intermittent Catheterization 3 times a day 2. I use disposable diapers for long trips away from home because its simpler 3. I use Angelfluff cloth diapers at home during the day i wear custom diapers that are built to my exact measurements so they are very comfortable and absorbent and at night i wear just a super heavy weight off the shelf nite diaper. the reason that disposables are simpler away from home is because you wash them with Dye Perfume and fabric softener free soap and no dryer sheets or fabric sheets in the dryer because the cause a waxy buildup that repels liquid-- and you can not find a washer and dryer that id not loaded with the residue of 1000's of people using that stuff. So disposables rule for away from home!

Urinary incontinence is frequent leakage of urine in which person did not get message that he/she needs to go to washroom. This problem is both in men and women. It is more frequent in women, so it is mainly related to them.

My sister has this problem. My mother is using mattress protectors and incontinence pads. Her treatment is also going on.
