LBL or OAB?

Hi! This is my first post. My question is: is there any reliable way to tell whether my problem is bladder leakage or overactive bladder? I have had the sling put in (2008) and it didn't seem to help. Recently a specialist said I may have OAB, not LBL. Thanks in advance for ideas!
