Interstim Therapy- physical activity limitations

Can someone tell me if you have been restricted in physical activity since having the interstim surgury. I read the post about no horseback riding so I am concerned. My doctor advised I would not be limited but that a severe fall could dislodge the wire. I'm talking about light to moderate aerobic excercise, treadmill, swimming. Appreciate any feedback you can provide.
