TTC and Clomid Help Please

I am a mother to a 10yr old son trying for a second child. I was diagnosed with Endometriosis and started Clomid last month on my 4th day of menstrual cycle. I completed my clomid dosage on Tues June 25th and have been having a great time with DH . I experienced cramps (really horrible)three days ago and some slight spotting, no cramps past two days and now I have slight brown spotting. My AF was supposed to start on July 16-18 and I took a test it was negative. What is going on? Is this part of the Clomid? or is my AF coming earlier...

you sound exactly like me.
i have stage IV endo and did a total of 7 rounds of clomid.

the problem with mixing those two is since clomid increases your hormones and endo feeds on hormones they dont really like each other.
i had the worst cramps of my life on clomid (not saying you will) and it threw off my cycle. so i would get a "period" like yours with the spotting but nothing sustancial but then it would be followed with me actual AF visit. i would just wait until you are about a week late and then test again it may be AF coming or could have been implantation bleeding and just too soon to get a positive test.

as hard as i know it is just try to relax and do the agonizing waiting game. the more you test the more stressed you will become and if you are PG you know stress is not good.
no sure if this is your first go around but i did this game for 6 years(once again not saying you will lol) but if you have any wquestions feel free to email me or even there is a endo pelvic pain board on webmd that i am a administrator of and those women are fantastic at support also. and most have gone through or are going through what you are

Hi Im thinking about taking Clomid and was wondering how is it taken

Depending on the dosage, you would take all the tablets at the same time each day. I have been on 250mg of Clomid, that is 5 tablets at once! Most of the tablets taste nasty so don't let them sit in your mouth for more than a sec, I have trouble swallowing pills and it takes me a few seconds to swallow them. I would also suggest taking them before you go to bed, to help with some of the side effects. They are taken for five days, depending on what cycle days the dr prescribes. Usually on days 3-7, 4-8, and 5-9. I have heard of cycle days 2-7 as well.
