    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Hi There,
My situation is weird, and hard to explain. But the short story is that My husband and I have three children, and in April found out we were expecting #4. We were nervous, but eventually very excited. Then we scheduled a vasectomy for my DH while we were in the US (we live out of the country). We were about 10 weeks along at that point, and a week after his surgery found out we were miscarrying. It has been just terrible.

And I know the odds are not really in our favor, but he had his surgery on May 2, and I was wondering if there was much of a chance of conceiving again at this point. I've had one normal period, and am in (what WebMD calls) my ovulation week now. I dont want to hope, and I REALLY don't want to get pregnant again just to miscarry... I just don't think I could take it.

Anyway, if anyone has expertise in this, please reply. Be kind, but please be honest.
