Hi, my husband and I are trying to have a baby, I finally started my period and this would be our first child and I was wondering if anyone had any good articles to read, I just want to make sure I'm not harming the baby, before I know I'm pregnant. I don't drink or smoke, I just want some good articles of information my husband and I can read together.

Thank You!

I had this same question since we have been ttc for over 4 years. I think it's natural as a women to worry that maybe we are causing it in some way. My Dr. told me not to worry, that there are women out there all the time who drink and smoke (and sadly even worse) for months before they realize they are pregnant. I found this article, hopefully it will be helpful!
