I am no expert and I am here trying to get answers myself. I just wanted to respond to your post, also hoping someone can shed light in my situation. First and foremost I want to say infertility suxxs. I am sorry we are going thru this and hopefully there will be baby dust coming our way soon, and for all the ladies on here. I wanted to let you know that after a year of trying with no success your OB/GYN can refer you to a RE. However there are tests he can himself can order to check you out. To check hormones, your ovulation, clotting disorders things of that sort. You should also try taking pre-natal vitamins, folic acid, and some may even suggest baby aspirin. I also reccomend checking your ovulation, you can even find ovulation tests in the dollar store, I myself used them they are very effective. I am even going to look into accupunture and chinese herbal medicines. I have heard this has helped many achieve fertility. The good thing is you are still young and yes you do have plenty of time. But remember the years go by quickly. There may not be anything wrong with you or they may be an issue that needs to be addressed. Sometimes minor things that can easily be addressed/treated can prevent you from conceiving. Like having a vitamin defficiency that can be corrected by just taking extra folic acid. Push your doctors to help you. I hope this is of some sort of help. Stay in contact if you'd like. Good luck and God Bless.

Hey you two,

It it a great start to track your cycle and identify when ovulation occurs.

That is in our opinion the most important step, but there are a number of other things that you need to look into.

However there are a lot of variable that contribute to getting pregnant natural, both physically and mentally.

For example are you a regular coffeine drinker? (This includes Coke, Tea and most carbonated drinks) Is your PARTNER a regular coffee drinker? Do you smoke? Does your PARTNER smoke? Are you using the right lubricants (if any used)? Sex position? etc...

We have a comprehensive list of the ESSENTIAL things that you need to implement or change to increase the chances of getting pregnant naturally drastically.

Have a read through them and remember your partner has to change a few things too.

Hope this helps and best of luck.

Keeping my fingers crossed for both of you
