    Trying to conceive

    hi I am 23 yrs old and married before 8 months... Am trying to conceive i consulted my doctor about it so she gave me medicine clomid 100mg for 5 days during 2nd day of my period till 6th day.. i took that tablet 2 months and last month doctor put an injection to get egg ruptured... then undergo ultra sound on 10th,15th day she said my egg was formed nicely and also get ruptured.... she told me to take rest... but this month i got my periods.... what is the problem for me?????????? why am not getting pregnant??????????? we had intercourse regularly.... please can anyone tell me the solutions for this .... pls help me...pls

    Oh my God, you're too young to start worrying and taking pills to get pregnant! Unless you have a medical history that suggests you may have difficulty conceiving (like PCOS, for example) there is no reason to get so worked up. This is your first year of marriage, and you should enjoy this phase of your life with your partner.
    8 months is not a very long time. I have read (also mentioned by some members on this forum) that a fertile couple may take up to a year to conceive. Moreover, getting stressed out doesn't help. Learn to relax - maybe join some Yoga and Meditation classes, and have lots of sex.
