I am 26 years old and to this day I have only had my period about 6-7 times I have gone to the doctor multiple times and he says that it may be my weight and he never gives me any medication. I have lost weight now, not a lot but I am not as heavy as I used to be. I have been with my current partner for 7 years and I have not ever managed to get pregnant of course I won't be able to if I have no menstrual cycle. I have had an ultrasound done and they have not found anything so I really don't know what to do or what the problem may be. Is there any medication or natural remedies so that I can menstruate I would love to conceive with my partner but it doesn't seem like it is going to happen.

Hi Carla,

If you think your doctor is not doing you good, have you tried a second opinion? Also you stressing out over this is not helping your situation as well. Why don't you take a break from trying to get pregnant for a bit. Relax for a while, like go on a short vacation; but don't forget to take care of your health. Try to condition your body for the pregnancy that you wish for. Maybe after these, you'll be blessed with your own bundle of joy.
