Trying to conceive for little over a year

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for a little over a year now and am starting the beginning stages of infertility specialist. His urologist tell him his sperm count is a little low but nothing to where we wouldn't be able to get pregnant the normal way and my doctor says that I am ovulating because my LH surge is high on day 21 so I feel hopeless lately! I have tried ovulation test strips thy give me positive readings but does anyone have any other suggestions or tips to try?

Thanks in advance
