Maca Powder/Pill??
Mir27 posted:
After some research online for holistic ways to increase fertility and regulate your cycle, I found some info on Maca Powder. I stopped in at a GNC in my area and the person working looked at me like I was nuts because apparently their Maca Pills are marketed towards men to increase their sex drive?

Has anyone used Maca Powder or Pills for regulating AF or to increase fertility and had any success with them? If so, maybe you could give me some tips on where to find/buy it? Any knowledge on Maca Powder in general would be much appreciated.

Weird.....I was actually told by the guy at my health food store that Maca was pretty good for fertility. He said it was originally marketed for libido (both male and female) but that lots of people have used it to help with increasing their fertility chances and it's worked well for those people. I think the GNC guy didn't do research other than what he got when they sent it to him.

This is the site they gave me for the Maca brand they carry at my local health food store:

I am thinking about trying it next cycle, if I don't get lucky this time around.

I have read many testimonials where maca powder actually helped people in conceiving. I have been taking it for 2 month, and it really boosts your sex drive (libido). For more info, I recommend:
