    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

Have the ovulation tests come back positive at all? I find that the digital ones are much easier. Sometimes it's hard to tell whether or not the test line is dark enough. You've only been trying for six months, so don't get too frustrated. If you hit the one year mark, that's when they start doing the diagnostic tests. We're going through that right now. We started ttc in June of 2010, just before our wedding.

My current doctor (my first one was a nightmare!) said the best thing to do is to have sex as often as possible on days 10-20. OPKs aren't 100% reliable. If you wait until the OPK says positive, it may be too late. Also, it's expensive, but it's better to test twice a day for ovulation. If you test in the morning, it may be too late if your surge happened the night before or too early if it happens later in the day.

Hope that helps! Lots of luck to you and your fiance!
