The choices of food products loaded with Vitamin B12 intended for non-meat eaters isn't very promising. It is resulting from the basic fact which has been previously mentioned earlier on. Vegetables don't do good with regards to saving this kind of vitamin. And that's the reason why, the quantity primarily will depend on the dietary sources of vitamin B12 are animal foods producing microorgansims located in the roots as well as the terrain at which the vegetation is harvested. However, sources which usually do best for vegans may include things like organically fermented soya including tempeh, shoyu, natto, miso and tamari. However, these kinds of foods are usually not well-known in lots of areas worldwide. To remember, algae consisting of other types of marine fresh vegetables and also seaweeds could also make up for the need of list of vitamin B6 foods for individuals that can't reap the benefits of animal products.

Two natural therapies have been shown to increase fertility, and lead to increased natural pregnancy rates, in peer-reviewed scientific studies:
    • Psychological counseling was shown to increase both natural pregnancy rates, and IVF pregnancy rates, apparently by reducing stress.
    • A manual (hands on) physical therapy (the Wurn Technique) has been shown to open blocked fallopian tubes, and to increase natural and IVF pregnancy rates. The therapy also reduced pain and increased sexual function,
    In addition
    • Acupuncture increased IVF pregnancy rates when administered 25 minutes before, and after embryo transfer

There are anecdotal reports of improvements with other therapies such as Mayan massage, Chinese herbs, etc. However, these are the only three alternative - complementary therapies we have found that have results backed by scientific studies in peer-reviewed medical journals, housed in the US Library of Medicine.

Try the "Make that Baby Kit" by PregPrep. It uses a natural mucolytic that helps make it easier for the sperm to get to the egg. You can get it online at the website My friend who is a doctor used it and it worked for her. Good Luck!

I've heard maca root and vitex helps..although from what I read you should not take vitex if you are taking prescription drugs to help with fertility. I am not a doctor, just did research on google.
