Having difficulty to conceive

I am concerned for a sister who is been having trouble to conceive. However, she is not living in the U.S right now. Both her and her husband live outside the country and I am trying to see how best I can help her to get conceived. what are the steps needed to take so she can someday be blessed with a child. I found out about Clomid and Serophene, but not sure how that could help her without prior medical examination.

Where is your sister living?

It sounds like your sister needs to see a fertility specialist. Is there one available in her area? If not, she should see her primary care physician or OB/GYN to see what her options are for help from a specialist.
