One book that really helped me was "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler. If you and your husband have the time and energy for sex every night or every other night, you could just do that. But for the rest of us, something like "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" is really useful to help get the timing right. It also is just good to know as a woman!

If you are having trouble, definitely talk to your doctor about it after 6-12 months. I found that the whole process with the doctors - get instructions, try for a few months with new instructions, go back, get some test done, try something else for a few months, etc. - took a really long time. I was glad I started that process early.

Good luck!

Also, considered looking through the "expert posts" that I wrote March through July. I bet it will answer many of the questions that you are causing your anxiety.

Best of luck.
