    Hello,

I was put on birth control ( oral contraceptive ) after issues of irregular periods or no periods at all, not due to pregnancy. I have been off of the Pill for 6 months and in the mean time TTC. I have taken pregnacy tests each month and all stating negative, including a blood test from the Drs. yet I have not had my period within those 6 months either. My question is - does that mean I do not ovulate and causing my fertility issue? I am only 23, but have never had a consist/regular period and concerns me from a fertility issue.

any suggestions on where to start?

you are correct. MOST LIKELY not ovulating, but it is certainly time to see your OBGYN to get an evaluation to find out what's going on.

Hi! I was in your place last year. 23, went off b/c and wasn't ovulating. (I haven't ever had regular periods either) I've done Clomid and it wasn't right for me, so I switched to Femara and am ovulating consistently on CD14! (Last 3 cycles) I haven't gotten pregnant yet but I know it will happen and I'm sure it will happen for you too! Good luck!
Me-24 DH-37 TTC 1 for 16 months. 3 rounds of Clomid, BFN's. 3rd cycle of Femara, Ovidrel, LP Progesterone. Added IUI this time. Blood test 9/18!
