Good Morning,

I had my mirena removed on September 27th of this year and still have not had a period. I have been extremely tired, nausea, a white discharge that has no smell. My husband and I are trying to conceive and this will be our fourth child. I had my mirena taken out in September with my son as well and became pregnant quite quick they estimate on the day it was removed I conceived. I have taken three tests all of which were negative however not sure if maybe I'm testing too soon. Any answers or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It can take a little extra time for the cycle to reboot and the uterine lining to reset. You have to remember, the Mirena makes the lining super thin. I would just be patient a few more weeks. Keep on keeping on with the sex as there is certainly a fertile window in this timeframe at some point.

Best of luck.
