    Infertility or hormonal imbalance

    Hi I am amanda my husband and I have been trying to conceive for about 6 months i go to the doctors after a week of no menstrual when it was due he told me that I either might be infertile or have an hormonal imbalance I am only 25 my question is can that happen to a women at my age. what could cause it and what could i do at home to help myself.

    It seems odd that a dr would just say that you might be infertile. He should run tests to find out why you are/were late. Do you know that you are ovulating? If you aren't then that could explain why your period (AF) would not show up when you think it should. Have you always been regular in the past? There are hormonal problems that could cause irregularity. I think you should go back or find a new dr who is willing to look into the problem. Good luck!
    Me-24 DH-37 TTC 1 for 16 months. 3 rounds of Clomid, BFN's. 3rd cycle of Femara, Ovidrel, LP Progesterone. Added IUI this time. Blood test 9/18!
