1 month ago hubby and I decided to start trying for our first baby. I saw a Dr 2 weeks ago and she wanted to test me for PCOS. I have long irregular cycles.
I have been diagnosed today with PCOS. The ultrasound said I had a retroverted uterus, endometrial thickness of 11mm and enlarged ovaries and multiple follicles.
I am confused though as last week I had some light bleeding for 3 days, that was only brown in colour. While I have irregular periods, they are always 7 days long and the same heaviness.
I told the Dr and she said it is PCOS. Ive taken a pregnancy test but its negative.
Could it be PCOS?
