I am 28 years old female. We are trying to conceive from last year. I am on my first ovulation induction cycle. I was on ovofar tablets from day 2 - day 4. I am on ovisterone tablets from day 2. I am on Progynova tablets from day 7- day 14. I had the follicular scan on day 11. I had an egg of size 21mm in left ovary. My doctor gave the hcg 5000iu injection on day 11 at 10 AM. She said I will have some pain during ovulation. Today is my day 13. Its more than 48 hours after the hcg injection. I don't have any pain.Is this normal? Am I ovulating? Can I get ovulation without any pain? ( I usually get mild pain during ovulation. But this time, I don't have any pain)
