Hi m 27 years old, I have been married for 3 years now and planning for a baby. It's been 3 months we are trying but no luck. My period used to be before 40 days cycle (40-42) but since the time m trying to conceive I get my periods every 28-30 days.. Could someone tel me what does it mean? Is that my body is becoming normal may be then I can be pregnant or is it something else. M confused and frustrated. I desperately want to be a mum soooon... Could someone help n clear my doubts please.

Thnx, Tina

Hyacinth Nicole Browne, MD responded:
This is a fairly common problem, and it sounds like you are having a hard time determining your fertile window. You could still have an ovulation disorder even though your periods appear to be more regular now. I would recommend talking to a specialist from now. They can do some initial testing to determine whether you are in fact ovulating regularly.
