I've been TTC for 9 months, 40 years old and healthy. I started Vitex 2 months ago so this is my second cycle on it. I've always only had 2-3 positive opk. This month I'm on my 6th positive opk. Does that mean the Vitex is working, I'm hyperovulating, my egg is in the cervix for longer than 24 hours?

    Please advise...thanks!!!!!
