Just looking for feedback...

OK, so my story is probably a bit different than many. I am currently in the throes of secondary infertility, apparently of unexplained origin. I am 36, swiftly approaching 37, and we have been ttc for 15 months. After preliminary testing, we have found clear tubes & normal bloodwork, normal number of follicles at CD3, and freakishly high sperm count with good motility. However, I also apparently have a 2.4 x 3.1 cm cyst on my rt. ovary, and some cervical stenosis. The RE doesn't feel that either of these are definitively the cause, and wants to recheck the cyst next time AF comes around, looking for possible asymptomatic (other than infertility, I guess) endometriosis. He thinks the stenosis is probably due to trauma sustained during my daughter's birth 2 yrs. ago, that I was just too overwhelmed to notice fully (Okay...) So, I start clomid next cycle, provided he is able to rule out endometriosis, with ovidrel shot and IUI. I am more than a little bit freaked out, and I know I have so much to be thankful for already, but I just have so many questions. Nobody I know has had these problems, or hasn't shared it, anyway, so I was just looking for a little feedback, I guess. Sorry this post is so long, just wondering how other women cope with this stuff, and is anyone else's head spinning with all that happens in this type of situation? I think I should probably join a support group for internet search engine abusers...darn internet! Just so many questions!!
