Nervous, Feeling Upset

Just started my treatments with Gonal F and menapur. I felt really confident at the start, BUT NOT SO MUCH NOW. They already increased my Gonal dosage and now I am not sure I will have the money to pay for additional dosage. I am paying out of pocket and am already 20,000 in the hole. Just really upset and needed to vent.
