Swollen, long, tender inguinal lymph node

I just woke up and realized a tender, painful only if touched lymph node in my right groin (inguinal) its long instead of a ball or a bean shaped.


3 or 4 days a ago I had this slight pain on my lower back but after the pain went away it ended up becoming a rush, like a spider bite of some sort. The little rush bumps are still there as we speak but just itchy and they look are like a bad acne.



Also, under my arm pit, level to my nipple (left side of my rib cage) there is this ache, it feels like a muscle ache but very superficial.


I am a Non Hodgkin Lymphoma Survivor on remission (5 years now). I am out of the country as we speak. I don't have any other symptoms. But i also have been noticing night sweats the last couple of months but not always. I think they are due to the warm weather and I always use a blanket.


Please give me an insight on this I am also planning to return US in couple of weeks.
