Peripheral T cell lymphoma

My 29 year old daughter had what looked like a normal cold sore on her lip in December. It great bigger than normal and was black in color in places. The pcp sent her to an ent. At my urging took a biopsy but told us it would go away. And it did! But the biopsy initially suggested extra nodal nk/t call, nasal which is extremely rare. Her clinical presentation did not match. Once the paste in Barr came back negative and ct scan clear and other blood tests normal she was told it is a peripheral T cell lymphoma. We are to watch and see with the doctor.

Has anyone had this? I want as second and third opinion.
