my mother is 56 years and suffered from this disease for 2 month ago . she took prednisolone and cyclophosphamide and the final will take it for 6 months. i asked if it can be cured? or kidney transplant can be the final solution if it can be?

There are a number of variables to be considered: how fast it progresses, what the ANCA and IgG, IgM numbers look like, how effective the drugs are, a few things that vary with each patient.

Transplant is one possibility, but it doesn't suit every patient, and in some cases the condidtion may recur after transplant.

Her nephrologist is the best source of info since every patient is different.
