i'm a 40 year old female that recently had a CT scan of the abdomen/pelvis for left sided abdominal pain going into my hip and left back for over a year now. it's severe enough now that sex is out of the question and have been having rectal bleeding for over a year also. Also have a long history of elevated liver enzymes, over 6 years with a fatty liver. now have splenomegaly also. also have had stable nodules in both bases of my lungs for over 8 years with no changes. the only change on my recent CT scan was that I had a small hypodense lesion in the contralateral cortex of the midpole right kidney and small area of scarring in the posterior cortex of the upper pole of the left kidney.
