    62 yr. old male with MGN. Had it for 12 years, got into remission. It is now back..any advice appreciated. Not sure I want to go another round with it.

    I don't know that there is any single therapy that is always tried for recurrences of membranous (or possibly membranoproliferative) glomerulonephritis; the doc might try again with whatever therapeutic option was used before.

    There are some newer findings about specific autoantibodies that are connected to MGN, but I'm not up to date on all of that. Maybe ask your nephrologist about it.
