    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

I have had terrible pain since Thursday last week in my back and side. I knew it was my kidney. The E.R. I went to released me with just a pain shot after taking urine and said I wasn't passing a stone. I currently am on a chemo type treatment and have been for almost 6 months, so my liver specialist sent me to have a cat scan done and they found a 19 mm kidney stone in my left kidney. I have had kidney stones before. Had 5 clustered together 8 years ago and they used the lithotripsy surgery for them and it worked. I have been reading about the size of this stone and am waiting now to get into a urologist. What do you think the best solution to this stone would be?
